This grill kit is designed to allow you to easily install a Rigid SR Series Pro 30” LED ramp in the grill of Volvo FH from model year 2012–2020. The kit comes complete with brackets, mounting hardware and a custom cable for easy connection to Volvo’s original auxiliary light connector. You get a professional installation with a perfect fit and a discreet, recessed appearance – ready to handle tough working conditions and long nights.

The grill package is a model-specific installation kit for those who want to install a Rigid SR Series Pro 30” LED light bar in a stylish and functional way in the front of your Volvo FH. The kit contains everything you need for the installation itself – including a cable that simplifies the connection to Volvo's original connector above the radiator, provided that the vehicle is equipped with this.

Installation involves some modification to the grille, including cutting the center pin, to allow for recessed placement of the ramp. The result is a discreet and professional look, where the light bar blends seamlessly into the vehicle's design while providing plenty of light when you need it most.

Although the kit is specifically designed for the Volvo FH 2012–2020, it also works great on other vehicles with similar dimensions and mountings. The light bar is not included in this package and must be ordered separately – the kit is compatible with the Rigid SR Series Pro 30”.

If you are looking for a solution without cutting, we recommend the Volvo kit for double Ymer 14", which is adapted for screwless installation.
