Returns & Complaints

Instructions (this instruction applies to all types of returns or complaints).

Fill out the form below, once the case is received we will contact you by email with instructions on how to handle the return.

Applicable return shipping:
You purchase an insured and trackable return shipment with DHL for 85 SEK through us which is submitted to a DHL Servicepoint, instructions on how to do this will be emailed when we have received the request below for a return/complaint.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept that you as a customer arrange your own shipping method as the shipments very often ended up in the wrong place, resulting in enormous administration.

Any shipping costs charged at the time of purchase will be reimbursed. Shipping costs for returning the item will not be reimbursed.
Once the shipment has been received and processed (normally within 5-7 working days), we will contact you.

Regarding exchanges (when you accidentally ordered the wrong item and want to exchange it for another one)
When exchanging, please complete a standard return notification in the form below for the incorrectly ordered product.
Then place a completely new order for the right product yourself, we will be happy to help you find the right one.
