This adapter with built-in power resistor is intended for connecting a 13-pin socket on the car to a 7-pin socket on a trailer, caravan or horse trailer. It is specifically designed to solve problems that arise when using LED lights on the trailer, such as flashing lights or error messages from the car's electrical system. By simulating the characteristics of a light bulb, the adapter ensures that the car perceives the LED lights as traditional lights, which prevents error indications and interference. The product works on most 12V vehicles, but not all - vehicles with pulse-controlled systems, such as the SAAB 9-3 (2003–2012) and some Opel Vectra models, are known exceptions.
