The Rigid RDS-Series Pro 40" is a high-performance, curved LED auxiliary light bar that combines long range with wide light distribution in a single powerful unit. With 80 LED diodes, a light image of a full 517 meters at 1 lux and a luminous flux of 63,360 lumens, you get an auxiliary light bar that illuminates the road both straight ahead and to the sides. The curved design creates a fan-shaped light image that is ideal when driving on country roads, forest roads and motorways.

Rigid RDS Pro 40" is designed for those who drive heavier vehicles and need optimal visibility during night driving. The curved shape of the ramp provides a wider spread compared to straight models, which increases the driver's control and safety at speeds where every meter of visibility is important. With 80 high-intensity LEDs and Rigid Pro technology, you get a combination of brightness and range that makes a difference.

The design of the ramp makes it particularly suitable for trucks, off-road vehicles and larger transporters, and it fits perfectly in roof-mounted auxiliary light arches with space for a 40-inch unit.

Easy and flexible installation
Rigid RDS 40" is supplied with side-mounted L-brackets that can be rotated 360°, making it easy to angle the ramp to the vehicle's roofline or front. A complete cable set with relay, fuse and switch is included. Connection is via two cable ends (plus and minus) that are connected to the cable set with clamp contacts or soldering - a solution that provides a safe and durable connection even at high power.
