Product information

If your xenon lights have started to behave strangely – for example, they flash, don’t start or go out after a few seconds – it’s often the ballast that has given up. This aftermarket ballast is specifically designed to replace the common Mitsubishi W003T22071, which is used as original equipment in many Audi and Volkswagen models between 2008 and 2016.

The ballast delivers the high voltage required to ignite and operate a xenon lamp. It is built to OEM standards and offers the same function as the original - but at a lower price. The installation is plug-and-play with the original connector (12V) and the form factor is identical to the original.

When replacing the ballast, we strongly recommend that you also replace the xenon lamps – preferably with Osram Xenarc – to avoid worn or low-quality lamps damaging the new driver. Osram lamps can also be verified for authenticity online.
