With the Lightning XCU1150 Canbus wiring harness, your auxiliary lights work perfectly together with the car's automatic high beam! This Swedish-made, digital auxiliary light wiring harness has smart software that is compatible with modern cars equipped with adaptive LED high beams, bi-xenon and similar systems that are controlled via CANBUS.

The XCU1150 is one of the few products on the market that allows you to use the car's automatic high beam function to automatically turn on and off the externally mounted auxiliary lights or LED lights. The relay reads data signals directly from the CANBUS and is not dependent on a simple 12V current, unlike some other solutions.

Product information

Mounting:
The kit is mounted in the engine compartment or in the wheel arch of some cars, which means that the data reader does not need to be pulled through the firewall like other systems. Connection is made by identifying the correct CAN cables (see installation instructions) and soldering the XCU1150's connection cables to these. The wiring contains a smart relay, fuse and a DT connector that fits most LED light bars.
